A) Returns & Replacement:

Returns will only be entertained in case of damaged goods. The item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.

In case of damaged goods please contact our customer care team via mail or whatsapp to initiate the return process. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to proceed.

No returns will be entertained incase of changes in size. Therefore please refer to the size chart before placing an order.
B) Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

C) Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
D) Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in form of gift cards / product will be replaced. Please remember it can take some time to process and post the refund.
