A) Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of the order placement.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

B) Shipping Methods:

  • We provide standard shipping, which usually takes 3-4 business days.

  • Expedited shipping is not available at this time.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the destination within India.

 

C) Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has been shipped, sms with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link sent to you.

 

D) Undeliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.

 

E) Address Changes:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes, contact us via whatsapp or mail as soon as possible.

  • Change in address is only possible if the goods are not already shipped.

 

F) Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • XAVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
